Your role Receives and responds to questions and issues regarding policies and programs related to Talent Acquisition. Use current information resources and databases on company policies, practices, and guidelines to research and resolve questions and issues as required. Escalates issues to HRSSC Operations Lead and Global SMEs, as appropriate. As directed and guided by the HRSSC Operations Lead, will participate in the new programs and policies. Responsible for meeting agreed individual Service Level Agreement and key performance indicators, mutually agreed with direct supervisor. Read more here...
