The Head of Customer Lifecycle Marketing is a strategic and results-driven role that contributes to the effectiveness and optimization of our end-to-end customer journey. This individual will collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Communications, Design, and Product teams to deliver seamless and impactful lifecycle marketing strategies.

As a Head of Customer Lifecycle Marketing at SAVii, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing customer lifecycle strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Partnering with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Product or Design teams to identify goals and objectives that ensure lifecycle marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue growth targets.
  • Designing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns using various channels.
  • Using data-driven insights to improve campaigns, messaging, and channel strategies.
  • Utilizing behavioral or transactional data to inform lifecycle strategies.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics, including funnel conversion rates, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Working with different marketing teams to provide lifecycle marketing support and ensuring initiatives align with expected user experience.

We’re looking for a leader who has:

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, or related roles.
  • A proven track record of leading and mentoring marketing teams.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficient in analytics tools like Mixpanel and Tableau to track and interpret data.
  • A strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment with varying project streams.
