As an Instructional Designer , you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality training programs aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and behaviors of the company’s workforce. You will create, design, and develop training solutions that address and satisfy business and organizational needs while staying attuned to industry trends and end-user demands.
How You Will Add ValueTraining Needs Analysis
- Conduct needs assessments for internal and client training programs.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team, business units, and clients to identify course development needs.
Content Design and Development
- Write and prepare storyboards, test banks, and narration scripts.
- Design and develop interactive elements for lessons.
- Administer a learning management system and online workspace.
- Establish timelines for development projects and ensure timely completion.
- Review final products for quality and adherence to standards.
- Research topics and develop web-based course content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Program Implementation & Evaluation
- Conduct pilot runs of modules and calibrate trainers through train-the-trainer sessions.
- Work with teams to incorporate best practices into the curriculum.
- Maintain and update training course templates and conduct training evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with information security and data privacy policies.
- Experience in Training Needs Analysis, Content Design, and Development.
- Program Implementation and Evaluation expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong verbal/written English skills.
- Ability to write instructional materials and scripts.
- Tech-savvy with experience in various authoring and editing software.
- Experience in adapting learning practices in a contact center environment.
- Familiarity with training facilitation and the BPO industry.
- Knowledge of Articulate 360 and Learning Management Systems.
Qualifications & Education:
- Experience in facilitating blended learning modules.
- College graduate with at least 1 year of instructional design experience.
