Industry: Education Salary Range : ₱30,000-₱50,000 Work Setup : Onsite Shift Schedule : Day Shift Location : Quezon City Job Overview We are seeking a strategic and creative Instructional Design Coordinator to lead the development of engaging, learner-centered instructional materials. This role is critical in ensuring the academic programs meet modern educational standards and support student success. Working in close collaboration with faculty and leadership, you will spearhead curriculum innovation, optimize digital learning environments, and promote teaching excellence across disciplines such as Digital Arts, Multimedia, Information Technology, and Game Development. Your Responsibilities: Curriculum & Content Design Develop and maintain intuitive course templates and high-quality instructional content that align with institutional learning goals and elevate student engagement. Translate academic standards into structured, outcomes-based instructional materials that support knowledge retention and learner focus. Faculty & Academic Collaboration Partner with academic heads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to drive instructional design initiatives and align course content with program outcomes. Coach faculty on instructional design best practices, digital tools, and template standards through tailored workshops and resource materials. Assessment & Evaluation Curate and manage question banks, rubrics, and reference materials to ensure fair and transparent assessments. Use learning analytics and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve instructional resources and learning outcomes. Technology Integration Research, test, and recommend educational technologies and platforms that foster learner interactivity, inclusivity, and motivation. Actively participate in the implementation and adoption of new EdTech tools while supporting faculty in their effective use. Process Innovation Apply theories such as cognitive load, motivation, and learner autonomy to instructional strategies that support diverse learning needs. Promote consistency and coherence in course delivery across departments by standardizing learning materials and ensuring alignment with academic frameworks. What our Client is Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a strong advantage) Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic/e-learning content creation Proficiency in tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms like Canvas or Moodle Deep understanding of modern pedagogy, digital learning methodologies, and assessment practices Excellent project management and coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and stakeholders Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and technical teams Proactive learner with a passion for exploring emerging EdTech tools to enhance instructional delivery A genuine interest in the fields of Digital and Traditional Arts, Multimedia, Game Development, and Technology-based education Ready to take the next step in your career?
