Overview

The Finance and Accounting Head will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accurate accounting, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting department across multiple entities within the group.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance.

  • Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures.

  • Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.

  • Collaborate with senior management to provide insights and recommendations for business strategy.

  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

  • Manage risk assessment and mitigation related to financial operations.

  • Supervise and mentor finance team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

  • Proven experience (at least 7 years) in a senior finance role, preferably in manufacturing, real estate, or a group of companies.

  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations.

  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Proficient with accounting software and MS Office applications.

  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
