We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support or administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Position Responsibilities Collect, organize, and summarize data from various sources, including market research, customer feedback, and internal reports. Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant sales and customer information. Draft and distribute email communications to executives, sales teams, and clients. Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team. Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation. Manage calendars and travel arrangements for sales executives. Provide logistical support for sales events and meetings. Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights. Analyze data to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives. The Ideal Candidates For This Position Are Highly Motivated And Dedicated And Should Possess The Below Qualities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Conditions of Employment Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
