Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information promptly. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly. Follow up on interactions to ensure the highest satisfaction levels. Provide feedback on customer issues to improve service processes. Collaborate with the sales team to understand product offerings. Assist with onboarding new customers and supplying necessary information. Coordinate with other departments to resolve client queries swiftly. Maintain an updated knowledge base regarding product changes and updates. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Contribute to team meetings and discussions aimed at improving service delivery. Track customer cues and recommend enhancements based on feedback to management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle client complaints and provide effective solutions. Experience managing multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends, as required.
