Responsibilities Gather and analyze data to understand business strategy requirements and processes. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance business operations. Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT development teams. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and discuss project progress. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions. Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements. Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Prepare reports and presentations using business intelligence tools to support decision‑making. Evaluate potential software solutions and participate in decisions to ensure alignment with business needs. Analyze and document business processes and workflows for smooth process execution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with at least 3 years of practice. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders. Proficient with business intelligence tools and other data visualization software. Understanding of software development life cycles and project management methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple deadlines.
