Job Description We are looking for a skilled SEO Project Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of our SEO campaigns. This role requires a strong command of both technical and content SEO, top-tier project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth. You will manage SEO initiatives end-to-end, align deliverables with business goals, optimize workflows, and ensure best practices are met at every step. You know your way around indexing, structured data, internal linking, and keyword strategy. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and workflows using tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Miro. Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing performance with Google Analytics , Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs—and turning data into action. Communication: Clear communicator who can brief writers, sync with developers, and report to stakeholders with confidence. Leadership: Hands-on experience driving SEO initiatives from start to finish in an agency or in-house environment. Preferred Industry Background: Familiarity with ServiceM8 CRM, conveyancing, not-at-fault insurance, or service-based industries is a strong plus . Proven Results: Must provide a portfolio or examples of successful SEO campaigns/sites managed. Your Daily Tasks Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify SEO growth opportunities. Build and maintain a content and technical SEO roadmap aligned with business priorities. Turn insights into clear action plans that increase traffic, leads, and conversions. Project Execution & Delegation Break SEO campaigns into actionable tasks and assign them across departments. Create SEO-driven content briefs and manage workflow from writing to design to dev handoff. Collaborate with developers to ensure correct implementation and technical follow-through. Quality Control & Optimization Oversee and review all SEO deliverables for accuracy and strategic alignment. Audit and optimize on-page elements: metadata, headings, schema, internal linking, etc. Approve development work including site speed improvements, structured data, and fixes. Performance Monitoring Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions using SEO and analytics tools. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data and industry shifts. Deliver regular reports with insights, wins, and areas for improvement. Team Coordination & Resource Management Manage time, budget, and personnel across SEO initiatives efficiently. Keep content, design, dev, and marketing teams aligned and on schedule. Ensure clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders on progress and priorities.
