About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Real Estate CRM Specialist. In this role, you will support marketing and operational efforts by managing various platforms, designing materials, and executing campaigns, specifically within the real estate sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Content Creation:
Utilize Canva to design marketing materials, including brochures, signboards, property listings, and advertisements.
Create materials for publications such as Wentworth Courier (WWC) and Mosman Daily.
Website Health Checks: Conduct regular audits to ensure website functionality, performance, and optimal user experience.
SEO Optimization: Write and optimize meta titles and descriptions to boost search engine rankings.
Keyword Management: Monitor and manage negative keywords in Google Ads campaigns.
CRM Management: Maintain and update Agent Box to ensure efficient use and accurate data management.
Task Management Tools: Organize workflows and clean up tasks in Monday.com.
Property Data Platforms: Use Landchecker, Property Data Online, and Realbase systems (Engage, Real Hub, and Aim) to gather and manage property information (listed and sold properties).
Lead Generation: Develop and manage Facebook lead ads campaigns to attract prospects.
GoHighLevel (GHL): Manage customer journeys, campaigns, and pipelines using GHL.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for various marketing activities and campaigns.
Data Entry & Analysis: Track and analyze property data (e.g., sold and just listed) using Excel spreadsheets.
Market Research: Collate and present news articles and updates related to the real estate sector and trending topics.
Proficiency in Canva for creating brochures, signboards, and marketing materials.
Experience in SEO, Google Ads management, and Facebook lead ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems like Agent Box and GoHighLevel (GHL).
Familiarity with property platforms such as Landchecker, Property Data Online, and Realbase systems.
Expertise in managing and organizing tasks in Monday.com.
Advanced Excel skills for data storage, analysis, and reporting.
Ability to draft marketing content for publications like Wentworth Courier (WWC) and Mosman Daily.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline workflows.
An analytical mindset to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
