Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Davao. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and organizational development. The role involves coordinating with various departments, conducting employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • HR operations skills, including recruitment/talent acquisition and organizational development
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with employee records and handle HR administrative tasks
  • Experience in SAP and contract making
  • Experience in the agricultural or export industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
