The company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team. The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Ensuring all QTO accounts and fully accepted units by QAD are timely scheduled and plotted in SharePoint.
  • Sending out Notice of Acceptance to buyers.
  • Monitoring email notifications from QTOP and ensuring NOAs are generated accordingly.
  • Accommodating requests for re-schedule and deferment.
  • Calling and updating buyers regarding turnover schedules.
  • Updating buyers on target completion dates and advising once punchlist items have been completely rectified.
  • Keeping track of the Buyers List to ensure the release of NOA/FNOA is being properly monitored.
  • Verifying account eligibility before scheduling buyers for Unit acceptance.
  • Cascading V&A schedules to Turnover Assistants on site for their reference.
  • Sending NOA to buyers via registered email and courier.
  • Preparing turnover-related correspondences.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Average to excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.

Requirements include a graduate degree from a four-year course and preferably at least one year of work experience in Customer Service or Administrative work.
