Your Role, Your Impact

Engineering Assistant will ensure that all units, mailboxes and parking slots for RFO (Post Turnover projects) are inspected and pass the industry standards as approved by Management.

  • Track daily unit completion rate against planned targets.
  • Ensure completion of all unit categories as scheduled.
  • Verify accuracy of all punch list items.
  • Achieve timely closure of punch list items within defined deadlines.
  • Record and monitor compliance with punch list resolution process.
  • Deploy contractors to units according to the planned schedule.
  • Ensure 100% of completed inactive POs are technically closed within CY.
  • Confirm PO reconciliation and site sign-off completeness.
  • Validate billing accuracy and completeness prior to processing.
  • Conduct daily safety checks and maintain records.
  • Ensure reporting compliance for all safety inspections.
  • Maintain adherence to committed OPEX, CAPEX, and Hard Cost budgets.

Who We're Looking For

  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience related to construction engineering from a reputable property developer, real estate or contractor
  • Knowledge of construction quality standards and warranty protocols
  • Amenable to work in Pasay City or Makati City
