Provide strategic HR guidance and thought leadership on organizational development, talent management, and people-related strategies. Educate and coach managers on performance management, employee development, and succession planning. Provide expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, feedback mechanisms, and coaching to enhance workforce engagement and productivity. Oversee and support the recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development (L&D) programs. Collaborate with the HR team to foster a high-performance culture, ensuring employees feel engaged, valued, and inspired to contribute to business success. Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and workplace culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and provide guidance to employees at all levels on HR matters. Conduct training on compensation structures, performance management, and career development to support employee growth. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in HR generalist roles or related fields. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
