Role Overview

  • Keeps all master data secure across the company.
  • Maintains, creates and changes master data for the following systems:
  • SAP ECC
  • SAP APO
  • SO99+
  • Vistex
  • Meds R Us
  • Supply Chain Control Tower
  • Assembles large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
  • Identifies, designs, and implements internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
  • Builds the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources and other 'big data' technologies.
  • Builds analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
  • Works with stakeholders and other functional teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
  • Works with external data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in relevant data systems.

The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing data center technical solutions, in support of the sales team, to global service providers, enterprises and domestic multi-national corporations in the Philippines. This individual will also be the interface between the sales team, Product Management and the CTO / Ops team in providing customer solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand customer's technical needs, challenges and requirements
  • Utilize defined technical processes and procedures to develop solutions
