As we continue our growth and expansion, unlocking new markets and products, and introducing AI as a central product pillar, we are looking for great people to fortify our team further. Join our team as Product Manager for Asia and play a significant role scaling our business in the region 10->100. We are open‑minded with regards to location but expect this role will involve time spent both in target markets, as well as in our HQ in Riga, Latvia on a regular basis. You will Own all of our Asia‑based platforms and mobile apps. Execute content‑centric strategy implementation, elevating our role to be the most comprehensive and recent financial products hub in every market. Expand product coverage on a continuous basis. Ensure close synchronization and alignment with regards to SEO/ASO/GEO optimization & smooth UI/UX that reflects in improving platform usage and funnel metrics. Be in charge of product stickiness improvement. Lead UGC elements, especially user reviews about financial products. Own implementation of B2B system for financial services providers to moderate their product content, reply to reviews & more. Play an important role in introducing our AI Financial Companion app to markets in Asia. Handle all things product when we enter next markets in Asia. You have 3+ years of hands‑on experience as product manager / product owner / business analyst. Past experience with native mobile apps – especially understanding around tracking, deep links & ideally mobile affiliate marketing. Past experience with ad placement "sell side" partnerships is a strong advantage (Google AdSense / AdManager or similar). Technical fluency. We don't expect you to be able to write code, but you should be able to quickly get on the same page with software engineers and data scientists about core topics. Understanding of core principles in SEO, web and mobile tracking, end‑to‑end funnel management in consumer products. Prior experience in financial services, marketplace business or large‑scale consumer tech companies is a plus. Excellent English. Knowledge of Tagalog, Vietnamese or Hindi is a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability of being a self‑starter that thrives in dynamic, cross‑market environment. Extreme level of ownership. Ability to fly high & fly low: zoom out and recalibrate the big picture, and then dive in and lead execution by example, repetitively and regularly.
