ROLE OVERVIEW Manages the Business Unit brand portfolio by guiding the marketing team through-out the marketing plan development process; provides guidance in developing the Business Strategy Develops Segment Strategy and Road Map Reviews and approves product sales forecasts, brand budgets and profit plans Monitors execution of different programs of the brands within the segment Drives and facilitates the introduction of new products. Partners with the Division Leadership Team as an Enterprise Guardian on by championing compliance to corporate policies Supports and drives the professional development of the team QUALIFICATIONS Candidate should have a strategic mindset, strong business acumen and analytical skills, and must be comfortable in challenging the status quo Must be innovative and creative, and have strong communication skills Must have solid experience in the pharma industry Has sense of urgency and agility; Must have experience handling and leading a team We are committed to providing our employees with the best possible experience.
