We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Creative Content & Video Marketing Specialist who can combine strong video editing skills with creative design, social media management, and marketing strategy. Job Highlights Monthly Rate: Approximately PHP 58,000 Paid Hours per Week: 40 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST, 1 hour unpaid break Work Arrangement: Work from home Contract: Independent Contractor Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Assemble, edit, and transform raw job site photos and videos into polished, engaging content for social media, YouTube, and website use. Follow scripts or outlines while enhancing footage with sound, voiceovers, graphics, stock images/video, motion graphics, and visual effects. Improve lighting, color, and faulty footage to produce professional-quality content. Create engaging hooks, ad copy, and flyers to maximize impact of videos and ads. Manage and grow presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with consistent, high-quality posting. Plan, design, and manage social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize reach and ROI. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and deliver measurable results. Contribute to creative strategy by suggesting new ideas, seasonal promotions, and marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. Build and maintain a comprehensive annual marketing calendar to ensure consistent brand visibility; edit long-form educational videos for YouTube and website, including recorded explanations and process walkthroughs. Design engaging visuals, ads, and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools. Manage and organize video and creative assets for streamlined access and future use. Collaborate with directors and the creative team to ensure final outputs match the overall brand vision. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and creative marketing content. Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, ad design, social media content, and marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Proven success managing multiple social media platforms with engaging, consistent content. Experience in email marketing campaign creation with measurable results. Solid understanding of composition, framing, storytelling, advertising psychology, and campaign optimization. Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create visually compelling ads, flyers, and digital assets. Computer with at least 16GB RAM (Mac: M1 chip with at least 8GB RAM) and reliable internet speed (50Mbps+). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
