Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Company through effective customer relations and goodwill activities.
  • Ensure that new vehicle sales customers are contacted a week after delivery of the unit to ensure customer satisfaction on the overall dealership experience.
  • Contact service customers for after-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction with the services performed, three days after the unit is released from the dealer.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and concerns and act immediately and effectively to resolve them.
  • Aid the operating departments on issues requiring assistance and follow-up from/to the manufacturers.
  • Perform internal audits on operating departments to ensure adherence to standards set forth by the manufacturers.
  • Submit internal and external reportorial requirements on or before the set deadline.
  • Assist the Service Department in promoting and implementing the service appointment system.
  • Assist facility in training conducted by the department.
  • Maintain an accurate and efficient file of customer data.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned as need arises.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • With knowledge/familiarity with automotive dealership and customer relations
  • Organized and have attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
