Job Description

Key Responsibilities

GRC Platform Design & Implementation
  1. Deploy and configure GRC platforms such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, or OneTrust.
  2. Align GRC tools with enterprise risk management and compliance objectives.
  3. Oversee system configurations, workflows, and automation of compliance processes.
Integration & Data Management
  1. Integrate GRC platforms with enterprise systems, including risk registers, vulnerability scanners, and compliance databases.
  2. Establish data mapping and normalization processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Risk & Compliance Frameworks Alignment
  1. Configure GRC systems to support risk assessment methodologies (quantitative/qualitative).
  2. Implement compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX, and GDPR into the GRC platform.
  3. Ensure seamless alignment with risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO, FAIR).
Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory
  1. Partner with IT, security, risk, and compliance teams to address business needs.
  2. Provide expert technical guidance on GRC best practices and platform capabilities.
  3. Develop and maintain roadmaps for GRC tool enhancements and upgrades.
Automation & Process Optimization
  1. Drive automation of risk and compliance workflows for efficiency.
  2. Enhance reporting and dashboard capabilities for real-time risk visibility.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate

  1. Minimum eight years of experience in GRC platforms and solutions.
  2. Strong expertise in GRC tool administration, integration, and automation.
  3. In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.
  4. Experience with scripting, APIs, and data normalization.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
