About the Role

A 
Senior

Cybersecurity Engineer

in the Cyber Defense Engineering (CDE) team plays a crucial role in
implementing

,
supporting

, and
managing

cybersecurity solutions on both the
customer side and

internal SOC infrastructure

. They act as
technical experts

, ensuring high-quality execution of projects, resolving complex issues, and contributing to solution optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Implementation & Product Engineering

Configure, deploy, and integrate cybersecurity products/solutions according to project requirements.
- Work closely with Solution/Product Architects to execute tasks per the technical design and best practices.
- Support and Issue Resolution

Act as a key technical resource in support projects, troubleshooting product issues within SLAs.
- Escalate critical problems to vendor support when necessary.
- Managed Product Operations

Perform ongoing product management tasks (e.g., change management, access control, scalability, and problem resolution).
- Ensure smooth operations of cybersecurity solutions for internal and external customers.
- Assessment & Continuous Improvement

Conduct technical assessments and reviews of deployed solutions.
- Provide recommendations for optimization, security enhancements, and future improvements
- Support Pre-Sales

Assist the sales and business development teams with technical expertise during customer engagements
- Collaborate with solution architects to ensure proposed solutions align with customer needs and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

Product Knowledge (any of the 3 listed below)
Microsoft XDR stack

• CrowdStrike Falcon platform
• Microsoft Sentinel or CrowdStrike NG SIEM
• Any other SIEM (Splunk, qRadar)
• Any other EDR
• Azure, AWS or GCP clouds
• EntraID, ActiveDirectory, other identity providers
• Any SOAR or Service management systems (Jira)

Core Qualifications

• Certificates related to the above mentioned products
• Architecture design, sizing, installation, configuration, management and support of at least 3

of the

above mentioned products
- Experience with the above mentioned products in a sizable environment – above 1000 endpoints\users

- Strong client-facing experience with clear communication, timely reporting and proactive issue resolution.
- Proactively identifies and suggests improvements based on personal observations.
- Experienced in working under strict timelines and meeting SLAs.
