We are looking for a motivated sales professional to help us spread the word and grow Tradie Partners. The role will start as a contract / part-time position for a few hours a week, with the opportunity to gain more hours.
Key responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential trades clients (plumbers, electricians, landscapers, etc.)
- Introduce Tradie Partners' services and clearly explain the benefits
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the Tradie Partners team
- Accurately update records (Google sheets) with client interactions
- Meet and exceed weekly appointment targets
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Confident phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable working in a remote setting with reliable internet access
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
Please be advised that compensation for this role will comprise of a base rate, as well as a commission for success in arranging meetings with the business owner (with more emphasis on the commission).
