Overview
The Account Executive/Account Manager serves as the key point of contact for daily management as well as the development, implementation, and execution of advertising campaigns for the Agency’s current and new client.
The position will be responsible for assisting with the conceptualization, implementation, and management of client campaigns, coordinating client activities, and working with the Creatives of the Agency in order to meet the brief and objectives of the client.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop marketing and communication pitches and collaterals, understand the overall client business objectives and develop strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain client relationships, respond promptly to clients’ concerns, feedback and request while ensuring regular updates on the statuses of each project/campaign.
- Liaison between key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Manage existing accounts with Team Leads, work with the wider team to ensure all content created is of the highest standards.
- Attend briefings/meetings both internal, externally, and prepare minutes.
- Prepare and manage briefs and timelines as needed assist with administrative tasks like invoicing and quotations.
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Must be familiar with above the line and below the line advertising channels and customer journey.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent
- 2-3 years job experience in accounts management, production or brand management
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and strategic thinker with great initiative and data-driven analytical skills
- Solid understanding of design, copy and brand activation trends
- Full understanding of above the line and below the line channels, customer journey and activations
