OPAT.PH is looking for compassionate, dedicated Nurses to join our team in delivering specialized care through Outpatient Parenteral Antibiotic Therapy (OPAT) and IV infusion services . This is more than a typical nursing role — it’s an opportunity to work at the forefront of infection care, antibiotic therapy, and patient-centered treatment, including support for patients living with HIV. Fresh Board Passers are welcome to apply While prior experience is valued, < 1 year of nursing experience is sufficient , and applicants with IV Therapy (IVT) training or certification are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist and grow into the role of an OPAT Nurse Specialist Administer IV antibiotics and manage infusion protocols safely and effectively Monitor patient conditions and ensure compliance with infection control standards Apply knowledge of aseptic techniques, PICC line care, and OPAT procedures Screen referrals to assess OPAT eligibility Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration and IV line care Provide counseling and care to patients with infections, including HIV Perform essential nursing duties such as IV insertion, vital signs monitoring, and antibiotic preparation Maintain professionalism and uphold the highest standards of patient care Additional Duties Attend training and clinical meetings Promote OPAT services to eligible patients Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment Ensure proper use and care of medical equipment Conduct home visits Comply with company policies and perform other tasks as assigned What We Offer Full-time role with bi-monthly salary disbursement Standard contributions to SSS, Pag-Ibig, and PhilHealth Additional allowances or performance-based incentives Access to training and learning opportunities to build clinical expertise Medical care services and benefits Work Schedule Monday to Saturday clinic schedule On-call only if needed on Sundays and holidays To Apply Submit your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your qualifications and experience to: or At OPAT.PH, you won’t just be working—you’ll be learning, growing, and making a difference in the lives of patients who need highly specialized care.
