Company Nurse role at S&R Membership Shopping Responsibilities include: Administer first aid medications to employees Assess and determine the health status of employees and issue necessary recommendations/ confirmations (leave form, medical clearance) Assist HR and Operations in delivering necessary health care services and refer patients for proper case management, or for availing of HMO services Dispense OTC medicines and issue prescriptions within allowable authorization limits Check pre-employment, new hire, and regularization physical examinations Implement wellness program, immunization, and other health programs in coordination with other departments/divisions Maintain employees records of sick leaves, medical certificates, health records, and other relevant records and reports with utmost confidentiality Manage clinic resources including medical supplies and maintain clinic equipment, material, supplies, and protective devices in good condition Provide individual counseling sessions to employees on health care and maintenance based on health screening, health promotion activities, family planning, exercise, and nutrition Orient newly hired/regularized employees on health benefits Coordinate with concerned departments and hospitals on work-related accidents and emergency situations Prepare and submit health and occupational reports required by local agencies Qualifications: A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing Willing to do field work Willing to report at Mandaluyong City With at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Health Care Provider Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at S&R Membership Shopping by 2x Get notified about new Nurse jobs in Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
