Job DescriptionHealthcare Specialist - Medical Account
- Location: Metro Manila Sites
- Salary: up to 25k monthly + benefits
- Process: One-day hiring (limited slots, urgent)
Responsibilities include:
- Assist patients with questions regarding insurance coverage, benefits, and medical billing
- Schedule, confirm, and update medical appointments and procedures
- Provide information about healthcare providers, clinics, and services
- Address concerns related to insurance claims, authorizations, and payment processing
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication with empathy and professionalism
