We are looking for strategic and detail-oriented Project Development professionals with solid experience in vertical/ horizontal real estate projects. As a key member of our development team, you will oversee and coordinate the planning and execution of high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use towers, ensuring alignment with design, budget, schedule, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of vertical projects from site evaluation, feasibility studies, and concept design to construction, turnover, and post-completion review. Coordinate with internal teams (planning, design, construction, finance, sales & marketing) and external consultants to align project direction with strategic objectives. Analyze market trends, competitors, and financial data to support product positioning and pricing strategies. Secure permits and clearances from government agencies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress, cost control, risk mitigation, and timeline adherence. Support procurement processes, contractor/vendor selection, and contract negotiations. Prepare and present project briefs, business cases, and updates to senior management. Champion quality and innovation in high-rise development, integrating sustainability and safety best practices. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in project development, preferably handling vertical residential or commercial projects. Strong organizational and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with project management tools and real estate market analysis. Willing to be assigned in Makati or Cebu.
