OVERVIEW: The Project Development Manager is responsible for leading and managing the development process of projects from concept to completion. Qualifications With at least 10 years of Business and/or Project Development experience, preferably in a real estate company with at least 5 years managerial experience Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Economics/Accountancy, or any business-related course Post-Graduate degree is an advantage Knowledge Applicable real estate policies, standard practices, and relevant laws MS Office applications Skills Proven track record in delivering successful and profitable real estate projects, from conceptualization to execution. Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders, with the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure and ensure accountability through effective delegation.
