Add expected salary to your profile for insights As a key member of the Oolio Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our accounts-related operations—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial touchpoints. This role contributes directly to the seamless management of merchant transactions, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Leveraging your understanding of our business systems and processes, you'll be responsible for end-to-end accounts receivable tasks, invoicing, payment collection, transaction reconciliation, and supporting continuous process improvements across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities: Manage invoicing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution Reconcile merchant transactions across multiple platforms (Oolio Payment, Oolio Pay, IP and SP resellers) Handle collections and resolve disputes to maintain smooth financial operations Support month-end closing activities and inventory audits in coordination with finance and warehouse teams Collaborate with Oolio Group’s Finance and Merchant Support teams to address payment discrepancies Identify and support automation and process improvement opportunities within payment operations Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team collaboration and professional development Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper tracking of rental arrangements, asset allocations, and terminal onboarding/offboarding Maintain data accuracy and integrity across NetSuite and HubSpot systems Key Qualifications and Traits: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in working with numbers Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good time management and problem-solving abilities A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt Open to fresh graduates who demonstrate the above qualities and a strong eagerness to grow Bonus points for prior experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems Unlock job insights Salary match Number of applicants Skills match Your application will include the following questions: Do you have reconciliations experience?
