We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team in the ICT industry. The Account Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to propose tailored solutions that align with our services and products.

Revenue Growth:

  • Drive the achievement of revenue and sales targets for assigned key accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services.

Account Strategy:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company.
  • Manage contract renewals and amendments to sustain long-term partnerships.

Performance Reporting:

  • Track and report key account metrics, sales performance, and progress against targets.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding account status, challenges, and opportunities.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering timely responses and exceptional service.
  • Proactively address any concerns or escalations to maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or with at least 2 years experience as Account Specialist or in a similar client-facing role within the telecommunication industry in an international company.
  • Fluent English and Tagalog
