REPORTING TO: Manager: Training and Capacity Building
JOB GRADE: C5 Minimum Midpoint
Salary Range: R515 020 - R605 906
NO. OF INCUMBENTS: 1
LOCATION: National Office
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOBTo deliver and facilitate training and capacity building interventions on Seda-endorsed tools to Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS- Conduct and facilitate capacity building of Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders on Seda-endorsed tools.
- Conduct and facilitate technical training on Seda-endorsed tools to Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate implemented training interventions.
- Provide management training and capacity building reports.
- Certify Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders on tools competency.
- Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Management/Human Resources Development.
- Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business Management/Human Resources Development is an added advantage.
- 4 – 6 years' work experience in Small Enterprise Development sector as a practitioner.
- Experience in the utilization of business assessment tools/methodology.
- Experience in the utilization of Seda-endorsed tools will be an added advantage.
- Advanced computer competency.
- Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures.
