You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

  • Do Targeted Outreach – Proactively connect with hiring managers, talent leads, and executives via LinkedIn, email, or phone. Personalize outreach, deliver clear messages, follow up intelligently, and use tools like Loom when needed.
  • Decision-Maker Identification – Find the right contacts using LinkedIn, RocketReach, or Apollo. If email isn’t available, make professional cold calls using company numbers or public contact info.
  • Discovery Brief Preparation – For each positive reply, create a short, actionable brief including company overview, hiring trends, open roles, challenges, recent news/funding, and key stakeholder profiles—so our CEO is fully prepped for discovery calls.
  • CRM/Tracker Management – Keep Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM updated with outreach activity, responses, and follow-ups. Track next steps so no lead is lost.
  • CEO Inbox & Communications – Support the CEO with LinkedIn and email follow-ups, draft/reply to messages, schedule and confirm meetings, and prepare post-call summaries. Support CEO on other ad hoc client or client prospect needs.

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week (first 60 days):

  • Add 25+ fully researched leads per week (Automotive segment) into the funnel.
  • Book 1 new discovery call per week for the sales team.
  • Schedule 1 new podcast opportunity per week for the Founder.
  • Complete research prep for all discovery calls at least 24 hours ahead
  • Follow up on all discovery calls to help increase close rates by 10% .
  • Respond to all business emails promptly during working hours, achieving Inbox Zero daily .
