Senior Specialist, Robotics Process Automation – Finance Focused (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided) Agoda is a global online travel booking platform that connects travelers with a worldwide network of over 4.7 million hotels, flights, activities, and more. The Opportunity The Senior Specialist – Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be part of the Finance Data & Automation team. The role focuses on delivering key automation initiatives for Finance stakeholders, with the possibility of contributing to AI projects. You will work closely with Finance users and subject‑matter experts to understand their processes, design high‑quality automations, and own initiatives end‑to‑end. Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders from different verticals in Finance. Consult stakeholders to propose the best‑suited automation solution. Build, manage, and optimize end‑to‑end automations while ensuring security and compliance. Become familiar with Agoda’s finance ecosystem. Work with Generative AI technology to deliver efficiency‑saving automation projects. Required Qualifications (Must Have) Undergraduate/Post‑graduate or equivalent technical degree. 8+ years of experience with RPA tools, with at least 5 years in combined Blue Prism & Power Platform. End‑to‑end delivery of at least 10 projects using Power Platform and Blue Prism individually. High sense of ownership and growth mindset; ability to be self‑directed. Establish robust RPA governance framework, bug/change‑request prioritization, and strong control over bot scheduling to ensure high utilization. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence peers and build strong cross‑functional relationships within Finance. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Accounting or financial knowledge. Strong understanding of ITGC controls, SOX compliance. Process mining experience (Celonis), OCR experience (Rossum), Alteryx knowledge. Experience in full‑stack development – UI/UX, API, backend/PostgreSQL. Functional knowledge in procure‑to‑pay (P2P), order‑to‑cash (O2C), & record‑to‑report (R2R) cycles. Familiarity with scrum/agile methodology. Experience in advanced programming and Generative AI implementation. Additional skills – Oracle Fusion, Celonis certification, Power Automate Desktop certification. Location & Relocation Position is based in Bangkok. Relocation support is provided for expatriate candidates.
