About the Role Funtomato Consultancy Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to support the resourcing needs of our diverse client base. Based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, this position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and collaborative environment. What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates for a variety of roles Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a robust pipeline of talent Screen and evaluate candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process with hiring managers Manage the offer and onboarding process for successful candidates Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with recruitment procedures Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement process improvements Provide reporting and insights to support the business's talent acquisition strategy What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience with Executive Hiring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the Philippines Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you have the skills and experience to succeed in this role, we encourage you to apply now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
