Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Department: Human ResourcesReports To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition LeadWork Setup: 100%OnsiteLocation: West Mckinley, Taguig City Job Summary The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing and screening to onboarding — to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent efficiently and effectively. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills to deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for all assigned positions (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offer). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback. Maintain a database of qualified candidates and ensure proper documentation of all recruitment activities. Prepare and extend job offers in coordination with the HR Manager and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and prepare regular reports. Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws. Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs or recruitment events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate screening tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Proficient in using recruitment software, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Experience in (specific industry, e.g., IT, BPO, retail) recruitment is an advantage.
