Schedule Monday - Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT) What are we looking for? Excellent data literacy, numeracy skills, and analytical aptitude Advanced skills in Excel, MS Power BI, SQL/t‑SQL, and CRM. Strong quality assessment and problem resolution skills. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated understanding of sales performance workflow, including CRM and ERP, and sales recognition systems. At least 5 years of experience in same/similar role with Sales, IM, or Finance. Experience working with multiple stakeholders requiring excellent relationship management and communications skills. Experience in supporting a geographically diverse team. Expert knowledge and hands‑on experience with CRM, MS Power BI, database and warehouse structures, and analysis queries. What will you do? Build and maintain MS Power BI reports and dashboards. Integrate multiple data sources, including but not limited to CRM, SQL, and data lakes. Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales performance against plan, targets, etc. and ad‑hoc analysis of sales performance as required. Build relationships with the sales management and sales teams to ensure clear communication of results. Provide clear and concise interpretation of data trends using your business acumen to improve outcomes through key sales process touchpoints. Be passionate about data and its analysis and be able to connect and support people across departments. Sustain a positive attitude and maintain professional relationships.
