Plans, organizes and directs the purchasing clerks on matter pertaining to purchasing needs of each and every department. Monitors daily activities purchasing clerks. Maintains an updated price list of items, and general supplies items. Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements. Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria Prepares purchase orders or bid requests. Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories. Qualifications Must be a College Graduate With 2-3yrs experience in Purchasing Knowledgeable in MS office/Excel Have a good math skills Detail oriented Can handle multi-tasks job With Good communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
