Talent Partner | Sourcing and Placing IT Professionals across ASIA We are looking for an experienced People Business Partnership (PBP) & Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead . This role will lead a team of HR and recruitment professionals to execute people strategies, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives aligned with business goals. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of leadership experience in both Talent Acquisition and People Business Partnership. Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and familiarity with ATS platforms; LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent business acumen, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Digital-savvy with a passion for leveraging technology in HR processes. What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor a team of People Business Partners and TA professionals. Drive HR strategies: workforce planning, talent mapping, performance management, engagement, and culture development. Partner with business leaders to align talent acquisition and PBP initiatives with organizational goals. Collaborate with the Employee Experience team to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction. Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Leverage data, dashboards, and HR analytics to make informed people decisions.
