Our Financing Arm : Seamoney Credit provides consumers, entrepreneurs, and businesses with more flexibility to achieve their aspirations. Our products aim to help underbanked or New-to-Credit users get easy access to funds to make more purchases on the Shopee platform.

  • SPayLater – consumer financing solution for purchasing now and paying later with a seamless digital experience.
  • SLoan for Sellers – loans for sellers/SMEs to finance Shopee business operations.
  • SLoans – consumer cash loans.

Job Description:

  • Implement platform campaigns – manage timelines, deliveries and stakeholder expectations from strategy to delivery.
  • Research marketing campaign data and operational data; analyze customer acquisition, conversion, and product strategies; continuously improve key operational metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (product, creative, sourcing) to maximize quality, impact and efficiency for all campaign efforts.
  • Report on campaign progress and adjust strategies to ensure success.
  • Be a customer champion and adopt agile ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of non-internship work experience in a Marketing role; FinTech, e-Commerce, Telco, or FMCG experience preferred.
  • Good team player with ability to work in a matrixed org structure; strong stakeholder communication.
  • Thorough and detail-oriented with strong ownership; able to move quickly and pivot as needed.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements is a plus.
