Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing marketing strategies, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. You will collaborate with various teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services and boost brand visibility.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, websites, and printed materials.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape, helping to shape our marketing plans.
• Manage and improve digital marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO (search engine optimization), PPC (pay-per-click advertising), social media, and email marketing.
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports on key metrics to evaluate their success and guide future strategies.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned.
• Plan and oversee marketing events, promotions, and product launches to maximize engagement and reach.
• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our marketing strategies.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on various platforms to improve customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO (search engine optimization), SEM (search engine marketing), email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Efficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM (customer relationship management) systems, and social media management platforms.

Salary: Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
