Overview

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth for our fintech startup. You'll transform product marketing insights into scalable growth engines through strategic experimentation, performance marketing, and conversion optimization. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who can maintain hands-on involvement in high-impact growth initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Design and execute comprehensive growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Transform product marketing insights into high-converting campaigns and funnels.
  • Own growth metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Build and maintain growth forecasting models and reporting dashboards.
Paid Acquisition Strategy & Budget Management
  • Develop comprehensive paid ads strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit.
  • Collaborate with Paid Ads Manager to translate strategy into tactical campaign execution.
  • Allocate and optimize marketing budget for maximum ROI and sustainable growth.
  • Design A/B testing frameworks for ad creative, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Management
  • Build effective email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Develop lead nurturing sequences through Hubspot, that align with sales processes.
  • Create personalized user journeys funnels based on behavior and segmentation.
  • Optimize onboarding and activation flows to reduce time-to-value.
  • Mentor Paid Ads Manager and Technical SEO Specialist.
  • Partner with sales team to improve lead quality and MQL-to-SQL conversion.
  • Foster culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the Growth Marketing Team.
What You'll Bring
  • 1-2 years growth marketing or performance marketing experience, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success with paid advertising strategy and measurable growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Hubspot, Google Ads, SEMrush.
  • Experience collaborating with or managing contractors/specialists.
  • Understanding of fintech industry preferred.
