Key Responsibilities of the Creative Marketing Support Creative Asset Creation & Iteration – Design and iterate visual assets for ads, organic social, email, and website using Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent tools. Technical Implementation – Upload and update creative assets on Shopify, Klaviyo, and other marketing systems. Digital Asset Management – Oversee Stockpress and Google Drive for tagging, categorizing, and version‑controlled creative files. Wireframing & Web Optimization – Use Figma to create mockups and visual layouts for website sections and landing pages. Team Coordination & Communication – Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator to manage creative workflow. Our client is hiring a Creative Marketing Support professional to help their Head of Marketing stay focused on strategy, innovation, and growth. You’ll be the creative powerhouse bringing ideas to life — designing, organizing, and optimizing visual content across every channel. This role plays a critical part in creative execution, managing everything from design iterations and digital assets to light motion work and web mockups. You’ll bring structure, consistency, and creative excellence to a fast‑scaling brand. Qualifications Must‑Haves Strong Design Skills – Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and confidence with layout, color, and composition. Light Video & Motion Skills – Comfortable using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva for light video editing and motion graphics. Figma Proficiency – Able to create mockups, wireframes, and collaborate with designers. Tech‑Savvy – Fast learner in digital tools and SaaS platforms; quick to adapt to new systems. Organized & Detail‑Oriented – Skilled in asset management, naming conventions, and digital structure. Strong Communication – Open, proactive, and responsive across Slack and team channels. Nice‑to‑Haves Experience in Shopify or Klaviyo for creative asset updates. Familiarity with Stockpress or similar digital asset management tools. Exposure to AI design tools (Runway, Midjourney, Sora) or an interest in learning them. Background in content production, social media marketing, or eCommerce branding. Responsibilities of the Creative Marketing Support Design and iterate visual assets for ads, organic social, email, and website. Implement and update assets on Shopify, Klaviyo, and other digital platforms. Maintain Stockpress and Drive organization. Use Figma for website mockups.
