Key Responsibilities Leads operating cadences: Drives forecasting, pipeline reviews, and territory planning; business reviews (monthly/quarterly), etc. Owns dashboards & data integrity: Builds and maintains dashboards and executive reports, ensure reliable data, and support business reviews Collaborates cross-functionally: On top of Sales, works with Finance, Product, Solutioning and Delivery teams to implement scalable processes. Defines and influences KPIs: Establishes and monitors sales performance metrics - territory and allocation of targets, monitors forecasts, conversion rates, process compliance, etc. Drives strategic initiatives: Implements sCRM systems, automates reporting, redesigns quotas, or refines sales workflows. KPIs Revenue Target Sales Growth Rate GTM/Sales related metrics Sales Conversion Rate Forecast Accuracy Process efficiency metrics Qualifications Experience - 4-7+ years experience in revenue operations, GTM (go‑to‑market) strategy, or sales operations in a high‑growth tech company. Technical / Analytical Skills- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce or HS plus strong abilities in data analysis; Good in Excel. Project Management - Ability to lead cross‑functional, complex initiatives. Strong project planning, execution and coordination skills. Communication & Leadership Skills - Clear, strong communicator; able to interact with senior leadership; executive presence. Work Style / Soft Skills - Comfortable operating under ambiguity; ability to work autonomously; exceptional organizational skills; good at multitasking and prioritization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
