Job Description

  • Lead and manage monthly and forward-looking sales forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Demand, Supply, Finance, and Marketing to ensure forecast alignment.
  • Drive improvements in sales funnel velocity, conversion rates, and CRM data quality.
  • Manage Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and account approvals.
  • Organize and facilitate monthly regional sales meetings with executive leadership.
  • Track revenue, bookings, backlog, and customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS).
  • Champion continuous improvement and lean business practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Preferably Industrial Engineering graduate
  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or related fields.
  • Strong background in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), sales forecasting, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to implement strategic planning and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
