Job Description
- Lead and manage monthly and forward-looking sales forecasting and performance analysis.
- Collaborate across Sales, Demand, Supply, Finance, and Marketing to ensure forecast alignment.
- Drive improvements in sales funnel velocity, conversion rates, and CRM data quality.
- Manage Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and account approvals.
- Organize and facilitate monthly regional sales meetings with executive leadership.
- Track revenue, bookings, backlog, and customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS).
- Champion continuous improvement and lean business practices.
The Successful Applicant
- Preferably Industrial Engineering graduate
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or related fields.
- Strong background in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), sales forecasting, and analytics.
- Proven ability to implement strategic planning and process improvements.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
