Job Description Lead and manage monthly and forward-looking sales forecasting and performance analysis. Collaborate across Sales, Demand, Supply, Finance, and Marketing to ensure forecast alignment. Drive improvements in sales funnel velocity, conversion rates, and CRM data quality. Manage Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and account approvals. Organize and facilitate monthly regional sales meetings with executive leadership. Track revenue, bookings, backlog, and customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS). Champion continuous improvement and lean business practices. The Successful Applicant Preferably Industrial Engineering graduate 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or related fields. Strong background in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), sales forecasting, and analytics. Proven ability to implement strategic planning and process improvements. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
