Position Overview MCI is a fast‑growing tech‑enabled business services company, delivering Customer Experience, BPO, and XaaS solutions across multiple industries. Our contact centers run both on‑site and remote, leveraging advanced technology to enhance customer journeys and reduce costs. We seek a highly motivated Customer Care Representative to promote products and services, drive sales, and retain customers through excellent service. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers by phone to address inquiries and resolve concerns promptly. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through active listening and empathy. Promote and sell products and services, meeting and exceeding sales targets. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions. Implement retention strategies to ensure loyalty and reduce churn. Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments. Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends. Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and retention efforts. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support teams. Candidate Qualifications 18+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years retail sales and inbound sales experience. Strong retention skills and proven ability to meet sales targets. Customer‑focused mindset and desire to help customers. Proficiency with CRM software is an advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
