Responsibilities;

  1. Assist and engage with PSA Vault customers on their inquiries.

  2. Work with other departments to assist with any customer issues, including but not limited to, resolving submission form errors, address or shipping updates, imaging issues, and order status inquiries.

  3. Research and resolve complaints or issues according to company policies and procedures.

  4. Update or inform customers with their submissions and status on items.

  5. Work with Finance on any issues with payment processing or refunds.

  6. Ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for customers by providing high quality care via email, written correspondence, Live Chat, and social media in particular.

  7. Utilize business intelligence tools like Lightdash to help determine customer issues.

  8. Meet and exceed daily performance metrics related to key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of international customer care experience (handling both calls and emails).

  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  3. Proven ability to handle high-value client interactions with professionalism and discretion.

  4. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce (Salesforce knowledge is a plus).

  5. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling product data.

  7. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  8. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.

  9. Tech-savvy; comfortable navigating web-based tools, dashboards, and databases.

  10. Prior experience in collectibles, trading cards, or e-commerce is a plus.

  11. Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if needed.

  12. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
