Job: Technical Support Advocate T1

Overview
Support our B2B customers in their Business Travels. You are an owner and anticipate issues before they come your way. Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches in TravelPerk.

Responsibilities :

  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues
  • Keep high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations as much as possible when managing bookings, queries, and requests
  • Addressing, preempting, and solving problems
  • Help define and establish best practices together with the rest of the team in sales, operations, and customer care
  • Assist with staying up-to-date with product launches and features

Qualifications :

  • Customer service background in Hospitality - hotels, travel agencies, airlines, offices
  • At least 1-year of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills in Business English, spoken and written
  • Proven experience going above and beyond to provide an amazing service in a client-facing role

Job Details :

  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
  • Benefits: On-site parking, Paid training, Pay raise
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift
  • Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay

Location :

- San Pedro, Laguna (Relocation required)

Education :

  • Senior High School (preferred)

Experience :

  • Customer Support Representative: 1 year (preferred)

Language :

  • English (preferred)

Shift availability :

  • Night Shift (preferred)
  • Overnight Shift (preferred)
