Overview

Our client, a multinational leader in fleet performance management, is establishing its operations in the Philippines and is currently hiring members for the pioneer team.

Job Summary

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in translating product vision into actionable development roadmaps across one or more product lines, ensuring alignment with both short-term priorities and long-term strategic goals. You will manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure the product(s) under your care meets both business objectives and customer needs, while applying Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with product vision.
  • Conduct problem analysis to uncover root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Write and refine user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with objectives.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
  • Review completed user stories to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and success metrics.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and post-launch activities.
  • Contribute to business cases for new products or features, ensuring financial alignment.
  • Support pricing strategy discussions to ensure features deliver value while meeting market expectations.
Job Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, technology, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience scaling products in growth-oriented or global environments.
  • Commercial acumen including pricing strategies, ROI, and business case development.
  • Analytical mindset, leveraging data and customer insights to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate product vision and roadmaps.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
