Job Description

Handling one of the Company's market leader brands for baby care, the Group Product Manager reports to the Marketing Director handling direct reports and will have the following responsibilities: Develop brand strategies and translate them into key executional objectives in the development of, but not limited to: Above-the-Line Advertising, Below-the-Line activations and Digital Programs. Mine consumer insights and leverage on them to ensure compelling executions across medium (ATL, BTL and Digital) to drive meaningful, different, and salient scores of the brand and drive growth. Effectively lead agencies and cross-functional teams in the planning & implementation of brand plans. Monitor and analyze brand performance and recommend key focus areas or action plans to deliver desired results.

Requirements

• College graduate, preferably of a Business Course, i.e. Business Administration, Marketing, Economic
• At least 7 years work experience in the FMCG or CPG Industries
• Must have handled a flagship or market leader brand in a principal company
• Must have at least 3 years experience in an MM/GBM/GPM/SBM level and has managed performance of ABMs
• Extensive experience in the development and creation of TV, Radio and Print Advertising
• Experience in creation and execution of digital campaigns
• Led cross-functional teams in the planning and implementation of brand plans
• Skilled at looking through market research data and mining insights
• High analytical skills with multiple data sets (e.g. internal sales, sales-to-trade, AC Nielsen Retail Trade Audit, Accounts\' off take data) and identify factors affecting performance
• Strictly with experience navigating through Nielsen Answers Software
• Highly adept at looking through financial statements and making recommendations to improve mix, profits, GP margins
• Steered successful major below-the-line and digital activations

Key Responsibilities: Participate in product demand research, demand analysis, demand design, and output product prototype documents; Coordinate in the field of design, development, and testing for requirements review, product development, product testing, and product launch; Responsible for the documentation of the detailed product requirements, user manuals, and training manuals of related systems and modules; Collect product problems and data, and regularly propose optimization plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or above, major in Computer Engineering, IT, software engineering, and other related majors, and more than 3 years of work experience
• Rigorous work, strong execution, innovative thinking, strong document writing ability, and product user experience and interaction design
• Have good pressure resistance and teamwork spirit
• Proficient in using mind map, ink knife, axure, visio, office, ppt and other related software
• Amenable to working on-site

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : Php85,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
