Business Analyst (exp. in electric sector) Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Key Responsibilities Ensures customer satisfaction through timely and quality delivery of projects Be actively involved with the operational delivery (e.g., BRS, Super User Training, User Acceptance Testing, End-to-End Testing, End User Training, Pre Go Live and Post Go Live Support) Perform functional demo of the system and facilitate discussion of workflow and identification of gaps together with our technology partner (as-is process in the system vs. desired process of the client) Work with our technology partner and client in documenting business requirements, test scripts, and user guide Directly coordinate with vendors and monitor resolution of issues raised during testing to ensure that it is resolved within the agreed SLA Conduct knowledge transfer to Customer Support and Managed Services Team at the end of the project implementation Provide input for technical documentation in written form, including procedures/MOP, RCA, or ICAR for incident reports and technical descriptions as part of knowledge database for new issues that may arise Report weekly on the tasks done and plan for the following week Qualifications Graduate of a 1-3-years course (Bachelor’s degree in ECE, IE, COE, IT, Computer Science or relevant field) At least 1 year of experience Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Customer Service Industries Telecommunications #J-18808-Ljbffr
